The kids’ club is being run by Welcome Community Church with assistance from YWAM Brisbane, together referred to herein as ‘the organisers’.  Participation in the program is subject to the following.

• The organisers will treat the Children with the utmost respect and in a safety-conscious manner.
• All activities will be voluntary and occur on-site.
• Children must be signed in and out by their parent or another authorised adult to ensure safety and clear transfer of duty of care.
• I understand that the organisers will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment for my child and to ensure that any equipment supplied by them is of a reasonable standard.
• I hereby agree to indemnify the organisers and their members against any and all claims arising from,  or in connection with, any injury that may be suffered by my child, or that my child may cause to another person, as  well as any loss or damage to property, equipment or personal effects belonging my child, or any other person,  arising either directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the program.
• Should your child become disruptive or present a risk to other children, we reserve the right to remove them from the program. We will inform you should this occur.
• I agree that the organisers and their members may authorise whatever medical treatment my child may require. (Includes, but is not limited to, ambulance attendance and hospital  treatment) We will attempt to contact you should this be necessary.
